The overall condition is very good. The interior and cabin are clean and in good shape. There is one area of dock rash on the port side by the swim platform, well above the waterline, that has been DIY repaired. See Photo. The hot water heater has been bypassed. The seller believes it needs a new element. The port engine starter needs attention. The motor starts, but it requires a couple of tunes of the key before the starter engages. The seller has owned the Maxum for 19 years and stored it indoors in the offseason. It has been serviced every year at the Marina's service center. There is no trailer. The boat is pulled and launched by the Marina with a yard trailer. There is a crack in the cabin hatch and some wear on the wood grain dash. Both of these areas can be seen in the photos. There is a water stain on the cabin headline above the forward berth. It was dry and did not appear to be an active leak.
