The overall condition of the 2008 Monterey 270 Cruiser is good. The hull gel coat is clean with a good shine with just a few minor blemishes. Stepping aboard the Monterey 270 to integrated swim platform you'll find a swim ladder, grab handle, and transom locker aft. You access the cockpit via the transom walk-thru with a door with a hot / cold concealed fresh water shower. The cockpit is seating features an aft bench that can be removed if you desire to fish. There is an opposing aft facing bench seat with a cockpit table to provide a great area to share a lunch or play a game. The overall condition of the 1998 Monterey 262 Cruiser if good to very good. The hull gelcoat was found to be in good shape free of any major scratches, cracks, or gouges with exception of some gelcoat rash on the starboard side at the MC numbers. The upholstery inside and out was found to be clean and in good condition with no rips, tears or stitching issues detected. The canvas and Isinglass were found to be in fair to good condition.
