1978 Bayliner 4050 Bodega UPDATED PICTURES. Just went out week of 3/27. Started all engines...3 Private rooms, 2 bathrooms. I purchased this vessel from a private seller at Lake Pleasant Harbor in Summer of 2016. Hate to sell this vacation experience but I am purchasing a business and need to raise capital. Unfortunately, this is the fastest way to do it. All new carpet inside, all new furniture. We added full Direct TV service with the NFL Sunday ticket, Brand new Traeger Wood Pellet Grill, Flatscreen TV inside and 55 inch HDTV outside. All of it will function if it remains in the current slip at Scorpion Bay. Prime location in the Marina, Covered and on the interior of the Marina. The Bodega was built from 1978 to 1983 and had just about the most interior room of any 40' boat ever built...The saloon and double berths (2) were all quite large for boats of this vintage. 2 working A/C units, Fully stocked. Ready to live on Full Time or Part Time. I also have 2 Seadoo Jet Skis less than 2 years old, LOW hours (19hrs and 21hrs), on floating docks at the Marina. 4 minute walk to the jet skis from the boat and you never have to leave A dock. 2003 Cruisers Yachts 4050 MOTORYACHT, You just found a well maintained Express Motor Yacht labeled a 4150 / 4050 by Cruisers Yachts. This model is also known as the 405 and 415 Express Motor Yacht. She is what Cruiser Yachts marketing execs called a crossover yacht, meaning that she offers the upper-deck attributes of an express cruiser and the interior comforts of an aft-cabin motor yacht. In fact, this yacht was very innovative in 2003 and still is to this day, and her below deck accommodations are impressive indeed and her cockpit is much more social than her competitors with a portside lounge and built in aft cockpit sitting and wet bay with a full ice make and fridge. Built on a fully cored hull, her express-style helm and cockpit arrangement keeps the captain and passengers in the same general area. A sliding door next to the helm leads down to the salon with its faux leather upholstery, cherry woodwork, and tiered side windows. A fully equipped galley and four-person dinette are to starboard in the salon, and a hatch in the floor provides access to the engine room. The staterooms are huge and much larger than one expects in a boat this size. Both contain a queen berth and private head access. The forward head is split with the shower and toilet in separate compartments, one on the portside and the other on the starboard. 1996 Silverton 39' 372 MOTOR YACHT, For those looking for an affordable, maxi-volume cruising yacht will find much to like in the Silverton 372/392 Motor Yacht. The 372 MY eliminated the side decks in favor of elevated staircases, what Silverton called "Sidewalks", the designers were able to produce a distinctive midsize Motor Yacht whose salon dimensions are truly expansive for a boat this size. She rides on a high freeboard modified-V hull with a solid fiberglass bottom and wide 14 foot, 1 inch beam. Hands down, the principal feature of the Silverton 372/392 is her enormous full beam salon complete with cherry joinery, a large sofa, large dinette, and full service galley. There are double berths in both staterooms and each head contains a separate stall shower. Topside, the flybridge is arranged with bench seating fore and aft of the helm console.
