1978 Bayliner 4050 Bodega UPDATED PICTURES. Just went out week of 3/27. Started all engines...3 Private rooms, 2 bathrooms. I purchased this vessel from a private seller at Lake Pleasant Harbor in Summer of 2016. Hate to sell this vacation experience but I am purchasing a business and need to raise capital. Unfortunately, this is the fastest way to do it. All new carpet inside, all new furniture. We added full Direct TV service with the NFL Sunday ticket, Brand new Traeger Wood Pellet Grill, Flatscreen TV inside and 55 inch HDTV outside. All of it will function if it remains in the current slip at Scorpion Bay. Prime location in the Marina, Covered and on the interior of the Marina. The Bodega was built from 1978 to 1983 and had just about the most interior room of any 40' boat ever built...The saloon and double berths (2) were all quite large for boats of this vintage. 2 working A/C units, Fully stocked. Ready to live on Full Time or Part Time. I also have 2 Seadoo Jet Skis less than 2 years old, LOW hours (19hrs and 21hrs), on floating docks at the Marina. 4 minute walk to the jet skis from the boat and you never have to leave A dock.
