Since this boat has been sitting on the dock for 6 years or so, she will a thorough recommissioning before your grand tour. Along with a good detailing, she'll need a new radar system in the pilothouse. The radar on the flybridge works well. One Cruisair AC unit needs replacement. Amongst other things, the stabilizers, autopilot, steering and windlass all need service and/or repairs. We encourage all inquiries and questions relating to its present condition, the accuracy of details including but not limited to its location, engine hours, service history, listing status and features. Stock #165982 Motivated seller: This beauty is in the water and will be ready to cruise after considerable recommissioning. This once beautiful Hatteras Motoryacht began her life as a 72' CPMY eventually undergoing a major renovation which has extended her to ~90' length overall, including the swim platform. She is a sight to behold with her pilothouse deck exterior finished in black, giving her a decidedly updated appearance. In the early 2000's, the main salon, master stateroom, VIP stateroom and guest quarters along with each of their private heads were tastefully redecorated in offwhite and beige tones making her interior bright and airy throughout. The carpet was replaced throughout and most of the upholstered furniture in the public areas of the boat were reupholstered at that time. Newer cushions and pillows now grace the fully enclosed flybridge lounge area as well. Being a northern latitude based Hatteras, this boat has a dedicated diesel Hurricane multizone hydronic heating system that will keep this entire vessel cozy throughout any New England winter and of course a multizone air conditioning system as well. She has the typical layout of this size Hatteras CPMY, with the Captain and crew cabins forward in the bow, each with their own head and shower. This area is accessed by a dedicated stairway from the pilothouse and contains a freezer, galley for the crew, and the ship's full size washer and dryer. The owner's stateroom and the 2 guest cabins, each with a private head, are aft on the berthing deck and accessed via a separate stairway from the main salon. The Owner's and Guest quarters are separated from the crew quarters by the massive engine room and accessed via separate stairways. The main salon has been reconfigured with the formal dining room being placed aft most on the pilothouse deck, surrounded by pictures windows to the stern and sides. Forward of the dining room is a circular bar and stools to starboard, with multiple sofas and lounges just forward of the cocktail lounge on both starboard and port. The flybridge is accessed via a circular stairway to starboard of the helm. Once aloft, you have unlimited visibility and the comfort of a 3 season room provided by the full eisenglass enclosure under the flybridge hardtop. And let's not leave out the cockpit which is accessed from the Pilothouse deck, aft of the dining area or the foredeck with built-in seating and plenty of room for your deck chairs. Whether you are cruising the coastline, heading to the Northwest Passage or Caribbean, this boat has every feature needed to cruise extensively and independently, stopping only for fuel and provisions. For security, when traveling afar, she comes with 2 spare props, a spare propeller shaft and an extensive inventory of spares for most every system aboard. Reason for selling is seller wants to downsize a bit.
