Spectacular; hand built; 8’-3” L X 4’-1” B x 23” D by the director at the Boatbuilding School at the New Zealand Maritime Museum in Auckland New Zealand in 1995. Made from native Kauri and Rimu wood, cold molded and copper riveted. This boat has been kept inside my climate controlled office since it was built. Its routinely dusted and periodically cleaned. It’s as immaculate as the day it was finished. Complete with a pair of Shaw & Tenney handmade flat blade 7’-6” oars with leather covers and buttons and round brass oarlocks.
