1978 Niagara 35 MD117 Fully equipped and ready for long term sailing! This sturdy and self-sufficient Niagara 35 has been with its current owner for over 10 years and has been mostly FRESH WATER sailed. It has been well maintained and has had numerous upgrades including engine rebuild, Volvo saildrive, folding propeller, custom built stainless steel arch and davits, adjustable solar panels, wind generator, windvane (Capehorn), and much more. It is perfectly equipped to single-hand. The interior has two quarter berths in a cabin just inside the companionway. The head and galley separate it from the main saloon, which extends forward of the mast with the forward cabin as either storage or small sleeping bunk (once cushions are in place). The Niagara 35 is a well-built boat that is the result of a combination of proper planning, good design and quality workmanship.
