She wasrepowered with a Yanmar 6LP-STE (315 hp) and new running gear. Engine has 600 hours. The hull and topside were sprayed with Awlgrip Awlcraft 2000. New aluminum fuel tanks and plumbing were installed and she is completely re-wired. Aside from the hull, the only original part left on the Irish Rover is the rudder. TheCruises at 24 kts., turning 3200 RPM, while burning 8.2 gallon per hour. She averages 2.8-3 nautical miles per gallon. She carries 100 gallons of fuel and has a 270 nautical mile range. Typical NE canyon trip fuel burn average is 60 gallons.Power:Yanmar 6LP-STE (315 HP) 600 hours. Engine and running gear designed and installed by Tim Silvio at Down Jersey Marine. The engine is meticulously maintained and fresh water flushed after each use. Engine and transmission oil changed every 75-100 hours. The engine will turn 3900 RPMs at WOT with full load and will cruise 24 kts at 3200 rpms. Racor Turbine 900 fuel filter.
