2009 Pacific Trawler North Pacific NP43, This North Pacific 43ft pilot house is a 2009 model with a 230QSB Cummins. She has proven herself on several trips between southern Puget Sound and the fiords of Alaska. She is well equipped and comes with everything you see in the pictures including the kayaks, RIB tender with 15hp, electric down riggers, pole holders, underwater lighting and an electric crab/ shrimp pot puller. One unique feature is the factory swim step ladder was moved to another location, a custom built kicker motor bracket was installed in the center of the swim step. Now you can crane the tender outboard motor down to the kicker bracket on the swim step and troll or use it as emergency backup power. The floor plan has a spacious salon with slide out berths for extra guests, a large forward master state room with anchor alarm and TV, a office that is used for computer navigation, laundry and grandkids quarters. She comes with fully transferable moorage in one of the best view slips in the Port of Everett marina where they will allow live aboard. With fantastic electronics (Ray Marine E120 and E 80) autopilot with remote control, camera system, bow and stern thrusters make her a dream to operate and dock. A recent marine survey was completed on 3/25/16 and listed this vessel is in "above average condition" with a reported current market value of $320,000. During the haul out for the survey we had fresh bottom paint and zincs installed.$275,000 Partial trades considered trailer boat, land, heavy equipment, waterfront property, clear title in hand.Thank you.The North Pacific 43' Pilothouse makes an excellent long range coastal cruiser or live aboard. With more than 60 ordered this model has proven itself over the years in waters from California to Alaska and Florida to New Brunswick. Its full beam salon and galley is large and can compare in size with many yachts in the 50' range. The raised pilothouse is completely separate from the salon and above the staterooms adding extra interior space and making an excellent area to pilot the yacht from with great visibility. There is a beautiful office / laundry room with one well appointed and comfortable stateroom and a large head with a separate shower stall. A flybridge is standard of all NP43s making a great place to cruise or enjoy a nice evening. A fully covered aft deck and large swim platform also all a great deal of useful space. Countless hours were spent ensuring that all equipment and wiring runs are easy to access and maintain; something very important to experienced boat owners. Burning only 1.8-2GPH at 7kts the NP43 is also economical to operate and has a range of about 1200nm with a 10% reserve." $275000 NOW $249,000

2001 Pacific Trawlers 40 Pilothouse There are few pre-owned boats in the marketplace that can truly be considered in "like-new condition" but in my judgment this Pacific Trawlers 40 is one of them. The vessel has been in exclusively fresh water since it was new and was moored, during summers, in a covered slip. During winters it was stored on land completely covered by shrink wrap. All systems were drained and winterized and even the batteries were disconnected. If you haven't guessed by now, the vessel is located in a cold-winter location! The boat was built in Washington and trucked to Minnesota, and is now for sale by the original owner. She can be trucked and delivered throughout the US -- contact me for information on shipping. All maintenance was done by the same company so complete records are available. Some special equipment includes two reverse cycle air conditioning units, a 50 amp power inlet with a Cable Master power cord retrieval system . There is also a custom FRP unit on the upper deck which includes a large built-in propane grill and a refrigerator. A Kahlenberg air whistle, a window defroster system and engine cabin heat are included. This is one of the factory built, custom aft deck extensions with removable canvas covered SS staples. All doors and windows are Diamond Sea Glaze. The interior is done in Honduras mahogany. A custom mahogany high/low table is also included. Please review the attached listing for a complete review of all its equipment. These boat details are subject to contract.Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
