The floor is full vinyl. She’ll handle up to 115 HP of Mercury 4 stroke, quiet, clean power. - A minimum of five additional cross members added on bigger boats to accommodate bigger,
heavier engines. Decking is a 7 ply, ¾ inch pressure treated marine grade plywood with Tekfasteners. Unlike pre-drilled decks that are bolted, our Tekfasteners are attached with high-speed drills directly into the Z Channel generating enough heat to sonic weld the fastener to the frame.
- Decks are secured using our patented rail spacers to allow for faster drying of deck and carpet. Spacers also provide air flow when cover is on allowing boat to dry out.
- Silicone caulk is applied to each deck panel to ensure a quiet ride.
- Two heavy duty hinges keep our pinch-free gates stable and strong.
- Gates have a stainless bracket support to provide greater strength.
Premier Pontoon boats have a Lifetime structural warranty to the original retail purchaser against failure on all tube welds, gates, channels, railings, rotational molded furniture framework and Biminis tops and brackets resulting from defects in material and workmanship.
