This boat is designed around a hull with a fully integrated transom and an extended running surface for maximum performance without sacrificing a smooth, controlled ride. A stable fishing platform, the 2870 Offshore more than holds her own against the "battlewagons", yet is quick and maneuverable with modern outboards. Below-the-gunwale rod storage and the Pursuit Plus transom mean maximum open space in the large cockpit, while keeping everything needed to catch fish ready at a moment's notice. Designed for excellent visibility and ease of maneuvering, the command center has a tilt-away center helm and accommodates flush-mount electronics, with easy access to wiring. A comfortable and surprisingly roomy cabin provides protection from the elements and a place to relax.

One of Pursuit's most successful models, the 2870 Offshore Center Console was a revolutionary design for the company. Her unique deck plan marries the practical design features of a center console with the comfort of a walkaround's cabin and protected helm area. Powered by a pair Yamaha's 225hp OX66 EFI outboards, these 2-cycle engines are both powerful and dependable. Recent upgrades include newer Garmin GPS system and a 2008 Nextrail aluminum trailer.
