1986 Hunter 34 This sort after club cruiser/ racer from Hunter Marine is still a popular model today as it was when it was first introduced in the mid 1980's. Designed by Cortland Steck with the revolutionary B&R rig the boat performs very well and is nicely balanced under all points of sail. With its beamy main cabin & large dining table which can sit 4 comfortably and well appointed galley to starboard the main cabin has lots of fixed & opening ports to allow the natural light to enter the main salon below. The full beam aft cabin has a queen size berth below the cockpit. In addition to several deck hatches through out to allow natural ventilation this Hunter 34 also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the hotter summer months. The exterior nonskid deck was replaced in 2015. Mast rewired & painted with all new stainless standing rigging in 2016. These boat details are subject to contract. 1984 Watkins Yachts 29 This roomy coastal cruiser is ideal for a couple wanting to marina hop or gunk holing to explore the beautiful S. Texas coast line. The Watkins 29 sails nicely under main, working jib & roller furling. With a 4ft draft she can go into shallower places that other similar boats her size would otherwise not. She has new antifouling bottom paint in November 2016 along with her topsides buffed & waxed. All new interior fabric & upholstery in 2015 and new Bimini canvas in March 2017. Cabin sleeps 4. 7.3m Sloop + heavy duty trailer with good tires - fixed Keel and Tiller. 8' beam, 3' draft 3250# displacement, 1300# ballast. Like new 8hp 4 stroke Tohatsu outboard motor. SAILS - 1 set Dacron sails, 1 set Mylar racing sails and Spinnaker. All controls lead to cockpit; wind, depth instruments, bulkhead compass, Marine Radio, stereo & CD player, solar charger, stove and ice chest, porta-potty, folding cabin table, portable cockpit table, dock lines, fenders and boarding ladder.
