1988 Rampage 40 Sportfisherman The Rampage 40 is built for the big game tournament fisherman who also will spend time aboard with his family, and thus doesn’t want to forego the amenities of a cruising style yacht. Powered by twin 450 hp Detroit diesels, the Rampage offers a quiet ride. The spacious fishing cockpit is made all the more inviting by two carefully positioned airfoils that channel the flow across the cockpit for a clean and dry ride. Built into the fighting deck are two, 20 cubic foot insulated fish boxes which lift out for below decks access. Between the fish boxes is another lift-out storage bin ideal for rode, fenders and the like. The Rampage offers saltwater and freshwater washdown, a 36 inch wide, swing-out transom door and shore power connections. 700 hours on engines since rebuild.
