1995 Regal 272 Commodore 1995 Regal Commodore 272 - Beautiful, turn-key, super-clean, second owner Express Cruiser with custom 3-axle Eagle brand trailer. Freshwater only until 2 years ago when I brought her to the Chesapeake Bay. And it shows- minimal to no corrosion of any kind inside and out. Always stored dry and inside on the trailer or in a boat house. ALL systems and equipment fully operational. Just completed USCG courtesy inspection, topside polish and wax, and a thorough $1200 trailer overhaul. Galley, head, salon, berths, cockpit, helm, hull and topsides in beautiful shape. Hull and deck are bright and shiny, looking nearly new. Everything is tight and right. Re-powered with factory fresh 330 hp Volvo engine in 2013. Coupled with the smooth and efficient duo-prop outdrive, leaves plenty of power to spare. Cruises easily at 40 mph, with top speed over 50 mph. Bilge is very, very clean. Cabin and cockpit carpeting in good condition. All chrome railing, cleats, fittings and fixtures are bright and shiny. Head with sink and shower is extra roomy and well lit. NO odors. 5 gallon water heater. automated fire suppression. Also a shower wand at swim platform. Galley features microwave oven, stove, reefer and genuine Corian counter tops. Plenty of storage throughout for fully stocked excursions, including 2 hanging closets. Queen berth aft is comfortable and well ventilated with the oval shaped opening port lights. Salon table drops down to provide forward sleeping berth. Many BRAND NEW items this year including: Garmin GPS plotter, anchor and rode, fenders, propellers, wiper, CD stereo with USB. Full "camper" canvas enclosure in excellent condition and custom mooring cover. Eagle triple axle trailer with NEW this year bunks, brakes, bearings, tongue jack and winch strap. Some minor rust from rock chips and surface rust on one of the fenders. Aluminum wheels and spare, all tires very good. All lights working- ready to roll.You already know Regal builds a fine boat.
