She's unlike most other cruisers her size in that she rides on a stepped hull, a design said to improve performance by ventilating the bottom. Belowdecks, the Commodore has a roomy midcabin floorplan with berths for six. The fore and aft sleeping areas, each with a double berth, are separated from the main cabin by a privacy curtains. (Note that the elbowroom in the aft cabin is at a premium.) In a departure from the norm, the refrigerator is under the forward berth, which frees up some storage space beneath the galley counter. Topside, the cockpit is arranged with a doublewide seat at the helm, an L-shaped settee opposite, and a bench seat at the transom. A walk-through windshield provides access to the big foredeck sun pad. Additional features include a molded bow pulpit, radar arch, cockpit wet bar, tilt wheel, and a transom door. Beautiful 2004 2860 Commodore with sharp black hull and grey boot stripe. Never bottom painted. Boat is stored in heated storage in winter and inside storage in summer when not in use. 385 hours (could increase as boat is in use) on twin 4.3 Volvo Penta V6's with stainless duo props. New cockpit interior installed June 2015! New Plasdeck synthetic teak installed in cockpit, on swim platform, deck entry steps and on the head floor new in June 2015! New 2" sunpad on deck looks great and is very comfortable to lay or hang out on! New wood steps leading to cabin and new laminate holly flooring in cabin gives this boat a new look inside and out! All camper canvas, both bimini tops and strataglass was replaced in June 2012 and is in great shape. Includes cockpit cover as well. Installed a stainless steel anchor 30' of chain/100' rope in 2014. New batteries in 2012. Cockpit has a refrigerator, sink and hot/cold shower on transom, blue led lights, and remote spotlight on bow. Includes a Garmin color GPS and new canvas dash cover. Cabin has a full galley including a second refrigerator/microwave/electric cook top, sink and water heater. The cabinets and counter tops are beautiful and offer lots of storage. There is a couch with table (table drops down and includes a cushion for additional sleeping area), hanging clothes closet, V berth with 13" TV with DVD player, 6 disc CD stereo, aft cabin to easily sleep two, AC/Heat, generator (needs service as I haven't ran in a few years). I believe the freshwater capacity is 18 gallons, waste is 30 and fuel is 107 gallons. Includes a 2004 Performance tri-axle trailer which is in good shape. I have owned boat since 2011 (purchased from dealer in Chicago) and have it professionally maintained by Bergmann Marine in Charlevoix, Michigan. I will also include bumpers, lines, water and power cords. All maintenance and service receipts are on file. This is a great cruiser for short or longer overnight trips!
