Regulator still builds the 25 the same way it has for the last 25 years; with solid hand-laid fiberglass, using the signature fiberglass grillage system of stringers to add strength and rigidity. Carolina craftsmen use top-quality materials in the hull, and it shows the feel of the boat, solid and soft, in any conditions you find.
One of the main goals in the design of the 25 was to eliminate the step up from the cockpit to the bow. Regulator accomplished this and added some family amenities without removing a single feature demanded by the serious angler.
