Many call it the smoothest and most solid ride they?ve ever felt. It comes from Regulator?s exclusive Fiberglass Grillage System, a rigid framework encased in the hull that acts as the armored backbone of the boat. Combined with an extra thick all-fiberglass hull made from the finest resins and gelcoats available, the 32 can withstand the most punishing sea states, and thanks to its deep-V sharp-entry bow and Carolina-flare design, the ride is also dry and comfortable. The Regulator 32 FS provides a level of standard accommodations and fishing features that raises the bar out of sight for the competition. Thickly padded forward seating for five rests atop twin 220-quart wet or dry storage boxes, while 360-degree coaming pads encompass the boat to cushion backs and knees. Some of the extra features that make the Regulator 32FS stellar are a 645-quart in-deck locking fish/rod storage box; 64-quart cooler under the front bench seat; fiberglass-lined 6'2" stand-up head with 35-gallon shower and sink; walk-through transom door; and combination leaning post/rigging station that houses a freshwater sink with insulated bait tray tackle storage, five rocket launchers, and rigging racks. The Regulator 32?s impressive storage capacity continues with a 40-gallon recirculating livewell and 130-quart fish box in the transom, as well as a glove box and under-console dry storage bin. The Regulator 32 FS is built with a solid fiberglass bottom, transom and the topsides are cored with Klegecell. Her wide Carolina bow flare and 24 degrees of deadrise deliver a wave-slicing smooth, dry ride. For fishing, you can run offshore in comfort, or just cruise around the bays for family fun. The FS or "Forward Seating" model has family-friendly seating in the front of the boat, without taking away any of the fishing features of this North Carolina built boat. Beginning at the front of the boat, the wide gunwales join to form a handy high and stable casting point or deck to deploy the anchor. Pop-up cleats and a bow light keep the edges smooth. A large locker in the bow handles the anchor and line. The forward seating consists of two large facing bench seats with comfortable cushions for seat bottoms, and coaming pads for the seat backs. Beneath each of the cushions are large 210-quart capacity storage boxes that double as insulated fish boxes. Just in front of the center console is another comfortable bench seat with a flip-up bottom that reveals another 64-quart insulated cooler. Next to the console are step lockers on both sides, which can store your rods. Under the cockpit floor sole is a gigantic 645-quart insulated box. You have probably read blogs from seasoned captains talking highly of the 32?s performance, fishabiIity, `range` and super comfortable, dry ride. What you may not have read is how versatile the 32FS really is. While she clearly has the ability to perform offshore, she also makes for a comfortable vessel the whole family can enjoy. With her forward seating, wide beam and ample storage, you can enjoy many other boating activities and give the fish a weekend off every now and then. This particular 32 has been very well cared for. While she has had the fish boxes full many times, she does not appear to have been fished hard by any means. She has low hours on her Yamaha F250 fourstokes.
