6/25/23 All BRAND-NEW enclosure and isinglass has been put on.
All upholstery seems to be in very good condition without stains and tears.
The Garmin radar (outdated and parts are unavailable)

4/23/24 (mechanical inspection revealed)
VHF Radio - Powers on but no sound coming from unit (probably needs to be replaced)
Raymarine Electronics - Display has power but screen is not readable (probably need to replace screen and hopefully not the system)
Water heater - no hot water, signs of corrosion on bottom of water heater (probably will need a new water heater system)
Port trim gauge is not working, voltmeters for both engines are reading incorrectly
Generator - Started generator, found external muffler for generator damaged and needs to be replaced.
Powered by twin 270hp Volvo Penta 5.0 Osi engines with low hours (242hrs current). The outdrives are composite outdrives that are new in 2020 and have about 50hrs on them.

This wide beam versatile cruiser offers you all the elbow room and comforts of home you would expect in a boat this size ! This boat is powered by the 5.7 Mercruisers with the Bravo II outdrives. It is well equipped and appointed and includes features and options like, SS steel tubular factory installed radar arch, a full canvas package neatly fitted around the arch which includes a bimini top, windshield visor, side curtains and a slant back cover. The helm station is well laid out with a full compliment of gauges to monitor all your engine functions at a glance and comes with a compass, trim tabs, automatic anchor windlass, remote spotlight, VHF radio and an in dash depth finder. The AM/FM CD Stereo boats a great sound system complete with power amp. The cockpit is perfectly laid out for cruising and entertaining with an L-Lounge portside, double wide helm chair and a full bench stern seat.
