2000 Sailfish 170CC,HULL: 2000 17CC Sailfish. This is a turn-key boat, ready for the water. The hull is in very good, solid condition. It is kept under a carport at all times when not being used. A new above-deck permanent fuel tank has been installed. All new fuel lines, stainless hose clamps, stainless fuel water separator, Yamaha fuel filter and fuel bulb has been replaced in the last six months! A custom made aluminum welded switch-back seat has also been installed to accommodate the new fuel system. Two new Exide Nautilus batteries along with the battery cables (1 year ago). New steering cable, brass garboard plug, brass through hull connector, LED bow lights, stern navigation light base, fuses and fuse covers have been installed in the last nine months. Bilge pump replaced one year ago. New cap seals on the rod holders. The center console has been re-caulked. New ball drain scuppers. I still have the stainless steel bow rail if you would like to put it back on. The Bimini top is in great shape and stored in the shed when not used. New blue LED deck lights. There is not a more STABLE and spacious 17' boat on the market. The bow pad is in excellent condition, along with the other seats. MOTOR: 2000 Yamaha 90hp (C90TLRY). The motor is in excellent condition. A compression test was completed on 09/22/2016. Cylinder 1: 120, Cylinder 2: 119, Cylinder 3: 120. The cylinder head cover, water jacket plate, thermostat and poppet valve have recently been removed to thoroughly clean the water jackets and motor block. All three gaskets were replaced and assembled to proper specifications. New thermostat, poppet valve and spark plugs were also installed. The lower unit upper seals were replaced, along with the entire water pump assembly. A new seal kit for the tilt ram and trim with a new cap was installed a year ago. Motor has a $400 aftermarket stainless steel Ballistic prop in excellent condition. The C90TLRY is an outstanding motor and very desirable. The motor only weighs 259lbs, even todays Evinrude 90 is 328lbs! The complete Yamaha mechanics service manual is included. The motor is ALWAYS flushed and ALWAYS run on 90 octane non-ethanol fuel.TRAILER: Aluminum 2002 Loadmaster Trailer with torsion axle. Trailer is built for a 17-19 boat. The trailer has been completely redone and is in excellent condition. The torsion axle is in excellent condition. New spindles, new hubs, new radial Greenball Tow Masters SS tires (less than 100 miles), new spare rim with new Greenball radial , new spare tire cover, new hot dipped galvanized U-bolts, new safety chains, new winch, all new wiring and LED lights installed with heat shrinks, covered in liquid electrical tape.
