Not all Classic Yachts have"IT". This one-of-a-kind 56' steel George Sutton Designed Custom Pilothouse Schooner does! This boat started with a complete gutting, then moved to sand blasting of the complete interior/exterior. Virtually every system and the entire interior on this boat has been replaced. The description "refit" does not correctly describe the depth of the work that has been completed. This boat should technically be registered as a new build.
