2006 Skipperliner Millenium Edition Houseboat 2006 SKIPPERLINER Millenium Edition Houseboat Partnership Interest. This is a terrific opportunity to become a partner in one of Lake Powell's premier houseboats! La Familia's six partners recently upgraded the boat inside and out. She was one of the nicest boats on the Lake in 2007 (her first year in the water) and we believe she is even more so now. Our new partners will have rights to 9 prime days and 7 non-prime days for a total of 16 days. With regard to price, we believe we are offering a value proposition that is far superior to other Skipperliners, Bravadas, or Adonias. La Familia is a 75 x 17 Skipperliner Millenium Edition with a conventional floor plan (which we prefer over the reverse floor plan) consisting of a forward main salon with floor to ceiling wrap around windows through which to view one of the most beautiful places on the planet, new carpets, window treatments and furnishings, satellite HDTV, surround sound, gourmet kitchen with Sub-zero refrigerator, separate Sub-zero freezer drawers, Wolf eight burner stove with dual ovens, central bar island, solid counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, tile floor, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, and all the small appliances and kitchen implements, five staterooms - two upper, including a master with separate bath, and three lower, two baths with showers, and a carpeted upper deck with built-in bar, helm, grill, and music system. Other amenities include a slide for the kids (and grown up kids!), a washer and dryer, PWC rails and winch (and a storage rack for when the are not in use), and a freezer. Dual aft electric winches (two on each side) make anchoring a snap (well, as those who have done it know, it is never a "snap", but with the four winches on the stern, anchoring is much easier!). Under the hood are two new (2014; 100 hours of run time) Yanmar 6BY-3 260 hp commercial grade diesel engines, a 23 kW Kohler diesel genset, 800 gallons of diesel fuel capacity (you could travel to Bullfrog and back to Wahweap and run the generator 24/7 for your entire trip and never run low on diesel), a 200 gallon gasoline toy tank with an enclosed pump and hose, dual Trace 3 kW inverters with 45 kWh of batteries, a 5 ton Trane air conditioning system, EcoSmart continuous water purification system, 20 gallon dual hot water heaters, and 500 gallons of waste capacity. La Familia was repainted in the spring of 2016 which included new bottom coating. We have just sold three of the four shares available and have only one left (Prime week: August 25 - Sept. 2; Non-prime: october 15 - 21). Our partners are all professionals, each with many years of houseboating experience on Lake Powell, and all with a keen interest in keeping the boat in excellent condition mechanically and aesthetically. Our annual fees probably are not the lowest (they run $3
