This is an amazing sailboat that was rebuilt 12 years ago from stem to stern, and expertly maintained since then. A Yanmar 75 HP diesel engine was installed and has approximately 271 hours of operation.
The current owner is a licensed sea Capitan and purchased the boat soon after its rebuild was completed. He has been chartering the boat for Bay Cruises and keeps it looking just like it did when he purchased it.

This Catalina may only be 27 feet, but it has a lot of room and features of a much larger sailboat.
She has been kept in very good condition and has features such as an inboard motor. but with a tiller that many sailors prefer over a wheel.
