The vessel appears to be in good shape inside and out. Some evidence of a plumbing leak is visible on the floor in the cabin. The current owner says this occurred before he purchased the boat and he has no idea what the issue was. He has experienced no maintenance issues while he owned the boat. Very good condition has not been used much in past years but is ready to go. The Yamaha 9.9 hp motor runs very well according to the seller. All sails are in good shape and do not need any repairs done to them. This S2 11.0 Sloop has not been used much over the last few years. It's mainly dirty and the seller suggests it needs to be painted, have the through hulls changed, and the toilet plumbing repaired. He'd intended to restore the wood doors and drawers and switch out the wall covering. He's purchased new wall material. The Trojan Deep Cycle batteries are fairly new, he'll include the Mast Climber and a small compressor for diving, etc. The owner indicates the original engine onboard needs a head gasket replaced. Since the engine is non-functional, there will need to be an in-water survey. The owner will include a replacement Volvo Penta 17c engine that he purchased for $3800. He suggests the original engine can also be repaired. He'll also include a new Triton 2 Wireless wind station, valued at $2,200. The S2 36' 11.0A aft cockpit is a sloop-rigged, fin keel, spade rudder sailboat with a keel-stepped mast. S2 Yachts sailboats are renowned for their build quality, and sailing ability. Built in Holland, MI by the same family that builds the Tiara powerboats. Beautiful woodwork and high-quality materials are used throughout the boat. This aft cockpit S2 sloop is well suited for crossing oceans, and yet she is fast and easy to handle with all lines leading aft to the cockpit and she is comfortable to live aboard. Her mainsail was recently replaced and the jib on a rolling furler is in great shape. As you enter the companionway, the galley is to port with a gas stove: 2 burner and oven, a large refrigeration box, deep double sink and lots of storage. 1986 S2 Yachts 9.2 What can you say when you walk aboard a well maintained boat for the first time. The "Jubilee" is one of those vessels that has been taken care of at a very high standard. Boat is in very good shape Fighting lady yellow and white. has tower with buggy top. Also has queen birth with electric cooktop and sink with electric head and shower. Brand new bilge pumps and float switches and saltwater wash down pumps and live well pumps. @ Garmin GPS's and Furuno color bottom machine, double Sea star hydraulic steering. Has 4 blade stainless props along with 3 blade stainless props also. Engines have approx. 750 hrs. on them has new lower units on both now. Boat runs strong. Has two new group 27 heavy duty batteries. Has bait center and tackle center, 24 ft. out riggers 16 rod holders Boat is in water and ready for sea trial. It has a swim platform and bracket which makes it a 31 ft. boat fast and dependable with inter-grated trim tabs.
