Both engine blocks were replaced Mercury in DEC-2016; seller indicates current hours on the blocks are approx 500-hours No canvas on upper tower helm. Seller reports; port engine is not operational; mechanic has evaluated water had gotten into the engine and the head is blown. The starboard engine is operational and runs strong. No generator; there is space below deck for one. Minor scuff marks and dings were noted on hull freeboard sides and deck areas. Dock rash at lower water line and bent deck railing.
