This 2006 Sumerset 84' Houseboat has been well maintained and is well appointed. King Master Stateroom, with 3 queen bed rooms, full washer & dryer, Newer Front Enclosure (2015), BBQ grill, Upper Cockpit seating, 3-90 gallon fuel tanks with auxiliary fuel system pump, 3.5 TON HVAC, 400+gallons fresh water. Twin holding tanks on both toilets. Includes all pots/pans/linens. Also have a new Windlass Anchor system (not yet installed). Have replaced all lighting throughout boat with LED's for excellent energy efficiency and long run time on inverter batteries. Setup for DISH with Rotor system. Flat Screen TV's throughout the boat. Blue-Ray or DVD's in every room. Great Bose Surround Sound system. This boat was on display the 2006 Atlanta Boat show. All the original paperwork from the Sumerset Plant, including the original computer drawings, etc. This houseboat has been moored in a covered slip since it was new. It has three staterooms with a king size bed in master stateroom, and queen beds in upper and lower cabins. Kitchen equipped with full size side by side refrigerator with ice and water, solid surface cooktop stove with full oven, dishwasher, under cabinet microwave, trash compactor, and separate built in ice maker. Solid surface counters with wet bar. Stack washer and dryer. Houseboat has a Hollywood Bath with full size tub/shower combo, two Raritan heads and vanities one located off master stateroom and the other off main hallway. Full enclosure with screens on the front deck as well as a party top with fly bridge. Entertainment center with flat screen TV, JBL stereo and sound bar. Powered by twin Mercruiser 5.7 liter engines with Bravo outdrives and MMC controls. Engines have 286 hours on them. 12.5 KW Westerbeake Generator. Trane central heat and air, inside stairs to the roof and spiral stairs from back deck to roof. You will not find a houseboat any cleaner or nicer than this one. It is moored on Lake Lanier at Port Royale Marina in an unobstructed big water slip with private patio. I would transfer the slip if desired.
