All the original paperwork from the Sumerset Plant, including the original computer drawings, etc. This houseboat has been moored in a covered slip since it was new. It has three staterooms with a king size bed in master stateroom, and queen beds in upper and lower cabins. Kitchen equipped with full size side by side refrigerator with ice and water, solid surface cooktop stove with full oven, dishwasher, under cabinet microwave, trash compactor, and separate built in ice maker.
