1999 SUMERSET HOUSEBOATS Houseboat We are selling our Family 1999 75 x 16 Somerset HouseBoat. If you love the lake and love to get away this is the perfect find. We purchased the boat 2 years ago and have loved every moment we have owned it. It is our family retreat and we have created countless memories together. A little about our boat. It is a 1999 Somerset and has 3 StateRooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two 350HP MerCruiser Engines and a Generator that runs the entire boat while out on the water. Everything on the boat works. The engines all fire up without a problem and we maintain the boat as a boat owner is supposed to. It has a full kitchen with full sized appliances. All work. Has a new full-sized washer and dryer. It also has a full-sized diswahser. The top deck offers amazing views of Lake Pleasant. The top deck has a full sized KitchenAide grill, full sofa sectional from Paddy-O Furnature, wonderful fire pit for cold winter nights on the water, Portofino lights, two tables that will seat 10 people. The boat also has two helms (one up top and one inside) both helms are fully functional. The front and back porches also offer great seating and views of Lake Pleasant. It is also located on an end tie with one of the best views on Lake Pleasant which you would have first right of refusal on if you purchase it. All fixtures work, all lights work, all electronics work. The boat is a rare find in houseboats because most never move and have all kinds of mechanical problems.
