This houseboat comes with a 1997 24' Bennington Pontoon with a 90hp motor.  This houseboat comes with 2 package (rooftop) heat pumps and a 7500 watt air cooled generator. It has 4 new house batteries and it received a new bottom and paint within the last 5 years. There is a full front enclosure and a lower swim platform in the rear that makes for easy access in and out of the water. The top deck is great for sunbathing or additional storage if needed. The boat comes fully equipped and would sleep 6-8 comfortably with it's master bedroom and hallway located bunks. There is also a couch in the front salon.   Both boats have been well maintained and are slipped together at Patoka Lake. The pontoon does come with bimini top, full cover, and a trailer.
