King Master Stateroom, with 3 queen bed rooms, full washer & dryer, Newer Front Enclosure (2015), BBQ grill, Upper Cockpit seating, 3-90 gallon fuel tanks with auxiliary fuel system pump, 3.5 TON HVAC, 400+gallons fresh water. Twin holding tanks on both toilets. Includes all pots/pans/linens. Also have a new Windlass Anchor system (not yet installed). Have replaced all lighting throughout boat with LED's for excellent energy efficiency and long run time on inverter batteries. Setup for DISH with Rotor system. Flat Screen TV's throughout the boat. Blue-Ray or DVD's in every room. Great Bose Surround Sound system. This boat was on display the 2006 Atlanta Boat show. Solid Maple Cabinets throughout. **I will possibly also include a 2004 Waverunner 1200 SUV (4-Seater) with Trailer. **This Waverunner has not run in 2 years and the last time I tried to start it, it would only spin over and then battery died. It may be a carburetor/tuning issue ($150-200 problem), or it may be an engine issue ($1,000-1200 problem). It is very clean, and when it was running, it was great fun to wakeboard behind and use as a shuttle boat (it will hold and incredible amount of supplies and 4 people). The Waverunner would possibly be a bonus part of the houseboat as I'm basically considering giving it away with the houseboat.

We purchased the boat 2 years ago and have loved every moment we have owned it. It is our family retreat and we have created countless memories together. A little about our boat. It is a 1999 Somerset and has 3 StateRooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two 350HP MerCruiser Engines and a Generator that runs the entire boat while out on the water. Everything on the boat works. The engines all fire up without a problem and we maintain the boat as a boat owner is supposed to. It has a full kitchen with full sized appliances. All work. Has a new full-sized washer and dryer. It also has a full-sized diswahser. The top deck offers amazing views of Lake Pleasant. The top deck has a full sized KitchenAide grill, full sofa sectional from Paddy-O Furnature, wonderful fire pit for cold winter nights on the water, Portofino lights, two tables that will seat 10 people. The boat also has two helms (one up top and one inside) both helms are fully functional. The front and back porches also offer great seating and views of Lake Pleasant. It is also located on an end tie with one of the best views on Lake Pleasant which you would have first right of refusal on if you purchase it. All fixtures work, all lights work, all electronics work. The boat is a rare find in houseboats because most never move and have all kinds of mechanical problems. Our boat also offers a Trane central air and heat system that keeps the boat at 74 Degrees at Night and 76 Degrees during the day on these hot summer days.
