This 2006 Sumerset 84' Houseboat has been well maintained and is well appointed. King Master Stateroom, with 3 queen bed rooms, full washer & dryer, Newer Front Enclosure (2015), BBQ grill, Upper Cockpit seating, 3-90 gallon fuel tanks with auxiliary fuel system pump, 3.5 TON HVAC, 400+gallons fresh water. Twin holding tanks on both toilets. Includes all pots/pans/linens. Also have a new Windlass Anchor system (not yet installed). Have replaced all lighting throughout boat with LED's for excellent energy efficiency and long run time on inverter batteries. Setup for DISH with Rotor system. Flat Screen TV's throughout the boat. Blue-Ray or DVD's in every room. Great Bose Surround Sound system. This boat was on display the 2006 Atlanta Boat show. Includes rear Sliding board, 3 washdown pumps, new freshwater pump (2016) and new A/C Compressor (2015), Built in Beach Ramp. Party top with Wetbar and Fridge. Solid Maple Cabinets throughout. **I will possibly also include a 2004 Waverunner 1200 SUV (4-Seater) with Trailer. **This Waverunner has not run in 2 years and the last time I tried to start it, it would only spin over and then battery died. It may be a carburetor/tuning issue ($150-200 problem), or it may be an engine issue ($1,000-1200 problem). It is very clean, and when it was running, it was great fun to wakeboard behind and use as a shuttle boat (it will hold and incredible amount of supplies and 4 people). The Waverunner would possibly be a bonus part of the houseboat as I'm basically considering giving it away with the houseboat.
