2008 Sunstar 18' x 76' Houseboat Like New!!!Step aboard this 18’x76’ luxury houseboat and be prepared to be impressed. This boat was custom built for The White Family, they didn't miss any details. Starting on the front deck, there is plenty of room to entertain and includes a table and 6 chairs, along with a swing.
Enter into the spacious salon via a sliding glass door. The lower helm occupies the starboard side of the salon and port is a double reclining couch, glass coffee table and reclining chair. Moving further into the boat is dinette seating for 4. Entertainment center includes television and electric fireplace. The galley is separated by an island bar. Galley appliances include bottom freezer/refrigerator, dish washer, trash compactor, stove, microwave oven, plus plenty of cabinets and storage.
Just aft of the dining area and port you will find an office with built in desk, room for full bed or futon.
Continue on down the hall and find the VIP Stateroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and cedar lined hanging lockers.
The day head aft of the VIP stateroom, day head includes neo-angle shower, linen closet and upgraded vanity features.
Move further down the hall and enter the Master Stateroom with king bed, LCD TV, and cedar lined hanging lockers, and plenty of drawer space. The drop soffit over the Master is truly one of a kind. The master bath includes shower, double sinks, and linen closet.
Step out on the deck through the master or through the hall on the port side. Jet ski ramps are present along with a angled swim ladder that makes climbing out of the water easy for pets. Twin hatches allow for easy access to the engines and generator.
Up the steps to the magnificent upper deck. Drive from anywhere on the top with remote driving. Seating galore on the upper deck allows for easy entertaining. Flybridge has built in seating. Area just aft of the helm includes dining table for four, a loveseat, chairs and granite tile coffee table. Further aft is the bar package which includes sink, refrigerator, trash compactor and 5 bar stools. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun or to find shade under the hard top sections.
