It replaces mechanical cables, eliminating the resistance inherent in these systems.  Shifting in and out of gear, as well as throttle response, are electronically controlled, making both functions smoother and more precise. Benefits also accrue beyond ergonomics. Suzuki Precision Control interfaces with Suzuki Lean Burn Control to improve fuel economy over a wider range of rpm. In addition, Suzuki Precision Control is programmed to protect the engine and drive system against damage due to mishandling. Suzuki Precision Control is designed to operate single, twin, triple, and now quad engine applications, as well as dual stations. Rigging is much simpler and requires less time for installation and adjustment.
