Actual Condition This is an amazing opportunity. This boat sank after Hurricane Matthew due to the dock rising with the storm surge and getting stuck on the piling. As the water receeded, the dock stayed stuck high on the piling and the low side on the boat took water over the rail.
She was down for several weeks. She was pumped and raised, no preservation work has been done. The hull appears sound. She is, and has been, floating since raised. Everything was wet and there is a lot of mud in the cabin and engine compartment.
