2004 Tiara 4400 Sovran “KiPaKie” is a beautiful example of Tiara’s popular 4400 Sovran. This Tiara has all of the right equipment beginning with the largest available engine package; twin CAT C-12 @ 700 hp each. With 589 engine hours and 949 generator hours, “KiPaKie” is a two owner, professionally maintained, low hour vessel in beautiful condition. Helm Air-conditioning provides comfort while cruising even when the weather is not cooperating. Other options of merit include: ACR Dual Beam Spotlight (bow), Forward Deck Shore Power, Bow Thruster, Muir rope/chain Windlass, Washer/Dryer, Water Maker, Electronics Package (see below for details) and solid Cherry & Holly cabin sole.  “KiPaKie” was originally sold in Naples, FL to a very knowledgeable yachtsman. The vessel was sold just two years later to its current owner, another very knowledgeable yachtsman and has been kept behind the owner’s home in a clean water canal just off of Biscayne Bay in Coral Gables . The vessels primary use was family day trips out into Biscayne Bay with occasional family outings to the Bahamas and Keys.
