ENTIRE UPPER DECK NEEDS REPLACING REDUCED 20K AS OF 3/26/2024 Boat has been used recently as a cruiser and all the systems are in operating order. 3/13/24 complete bottom job with paint completed (photos uploaded) Deck is solid and she should show well for her age. Teak trim has recently been recoated in most areas. There is a "spongy" spot on the upper rear deck. Bottom has no blisters or delamination. The Albin is going to need a lot of work. 3/13/24 Bottom job just completed (shown in photos) going back into the water. Trawler has recently been cruising the Chesapeake and is in good shape. It's seaworthy and would make a great looper. Aft cabin provides privacy and a comfortable sleeping area. There is also a forward vee berth and full bathrooms in each cabin. Full galley with sink, stove and refrigerator. Single Cummins diesel is fuel efficient and the bow thruster makes docking easy. The vessel needs work to finish, the planks are drying out and splitting, packing and caulking, and the interior needs to be sanded and restained. All other mechanical equipment and electronics appear to be operational other than a loud hailer. ENGINES: American Marine 404D, marinized Deere 6404D engines, naturally aspirated. Not sure of the HP as there is conflicting data available.
