She was previously re-powered with twin Yamaha HPDI 300 HP 2-stoke outboards. The engines were recently serviced including new spark plugs, lower unit service, new seals Also new bilge pump and battery. There is damage to the bimini top frame on the port side that can be seen in the photos. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a relatively wide 9-foot, 11-inch beam, the chief attribute of the 2800 Coastal (aside from an affordable price) remains her practical, space-efficient layout. Two in-deck fish boxes, fresh and raw water washdowns, and a transom door were standard in the large cockpit. The interior of the 2800 Coastal, with its convertible dinette, enclosed head with shower, compact galley, and forward V-berth (the galley sink does not function) is larger than expected considering her roomy cockpit and wide side decks. All systems are reported to be in working order, per the seller. The boat hit a submerged dead head and the port strut was bent. The seller is getting it fixed. Just waiting on parts. See the picture of the bent strut at the end of the photos. The seller purchased this vessel 2 years ago to add to their fleet of tow boats but due to the fuel tank location, it is not suited to tow. The cabin headliner has some staining. The teak is worn. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it inspected independently to verify the condition of the unit before making an "as is" purchase. Stock #347954 Twin Inboard Mercruiser 5.7L engines! Fresh Bottom Paint! Ready to Cruise! Here we have a Wellcraft Coastal Series 2800 Fishing boat that provides accommodations for a family or extended fishing outings. Whether your looking to start your fishing charter business or take the family out for a day fishing, this boat fits the bill! The 2800 Coastal features a 55-square-foot self-bailing cockpit with deep and secure side decks with bolsters and a raised bridgedeck with double wide starboard helm and double wide port companion seat. Features on this Coastal 2800 include rod racks on each side of the cockpit, In-deck fish boxes in the cockpit deck and anchor windlass and fiberglass bow pulpit up front. There is a bait well beneath the helm seat and a built-in tackle center beneath the companion seat. There is a V-berth with filler cushion. On the starboard side are bunk beds that can be converted to a sofa. The port side galley features a two-burner countertop stove, sink and under-counter, refrigerator. There is an enclosed marine toilet aft of the galley, which includes a sink. Powering this coastal is a pair of 260 HP Mercruiser inboards. At the helm is a full gauge package, VHF radio, GPS and bimini top with isinglass. Reason for selling is not using it anymore.
