The overall condition of this boat is very good. Most everything on the boat is original, with the exception of the refrigerator, faucet, and most likely the toilets at some point in time.
The trash compactor is not functioning, and the bench seat at the bow need reupholstering. The generator is non-functioning as are the windshield wipers.

This 1977 Whitcraft is perfect for cruising the waterways, or using it as a floating condo.
It has three separate areas inside, plus a large party deck on top. Entering the boat, you find the salon with a large-screen televison sitting in front of a sleeper sofa. This area can be closed off with a curtain between it and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, double sink, microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer.
Going forward the main head is to the left. It is very spacious, and has a shower/tub which is great for little ones. Another door in the head leads into the mid cabin with two twin beds. Another door gives you access to the V-berth in the bow. This room actually has two doors. One into the mid cabin, and the other leads back to the kitchen. The vee berth cabin has another toilet and sink.
The boat can be operated from the pilot house, or from the flybridge. Access from the flybridge to the bow and more seating, is made by taking a few steps down from either side.

1959 Whitcraft 32' Houseboat. Restored. Steel hull. 36' overall including extended inboard outboard engine compartment. Features industry's first ever Inboard Outboard from Volvo/Penta. Aquamatic AQ110hp I/O recently overhauled by Hennen Engine, New reconditioned head and new conponents. Rebuilt dual Zenith Stromberg carbs, water pump, alternator, fuel pump. Current owner since 1999. Shallow water 18" deepest draft at the drive skeg, brass propeller.Exterior hull refinished in 2014, sandblasted and epoxy primed, sanded re-painted with Interlux Enamel. New marine plywood roof with one piece commercial UV refective vinyl skin (2014). Upper pilot bunk accomodation added. Below waterline was sandblasted inside and out in 2003, epoxy coated and bottom coated with SIM 1000 Polyurethane. Deck reconditioned with non-slip coating. Water system is non operational other than toilet. Boat has standard plug 110v shorepower, mini refrigerator, AM/FM/CD stereo, depth finder, 12v brass interior accent lighting fixtures, running lights and rope lights.
