2013 Whitewater 28 CENTER CONSOLE Very clean lift kept Whitewater. Factory Engine Warranty until 11/20/2019. This hull design is famous for being one of the better riding boats on the market. Norm has been building these boats since Whitewater, Contender, and Sea Vee originally had the same hull designs, and kept the narrower hull which provides a better riding, lighter, more efficient hull. This boat can get almost a 2.5 mpg cruise at 40 mph, unheard of on other boats in this size and class.
