2015 World Cat 23 Carolina Cat series Dual Console with twin Yamaha 115hp four stroke outboard engines. with 300 hours, under warranty. Powder coated hard top, enclosure, windlass, head with overboard discharge, outriggers, Garmin gps chart plotter fish finder, Fusion stereo with JL speakers, vhf radio and bottom paint.
