The hull has no noticeable dings, dents or scratches as well as no signs of significant stress cracks or anything like that.
The cockpit and cabin upholstery are both in good condition with no noticeable rips, tears or split seams. The cockpit seats are starting to show sun fade at the tops as would be expected and the cockpit carpet shows sun fading as well but no dry rotting or cracking.
The cabin is spacious and can easily fit at least 6 people comfortably and there is a TV mounted on the port side wall.
There is also a v-berth in the bow, with its own TV, to take a nap or for an impromptu overnight on the water.

This Xtreme Brute 1854 has been used only in freshwater and is stored under a shed canopy when not in use. The boat and decks are solid and the bottom of the hull is clean and intact. Some dock rash was noted on the starboard stern corner, see photos, and there is paint scraped on the port side rolled gunnel from doing battle with a dock in a storm. As expected, the Brute was unaffected other than the paint scrapes. The top of the trolling motor is cracked, see photos.
The trolling motor functions but could use a new head.
The trailer appeared lightly used and had tire date codes of 2018. It was apparent the trailer had not traveled enough to wear off the tire vent nubs from when they were manufactured. The wiring harness needs to be replaced.

This Xtreme Brute 1854 is a formidable aluminum fishing and hunting boat and it is available for sale in North Florida!
The Brute sets the standard for tough, stable aluminum fishing and utility boats. Made for flats, shallow bays, lakes and stumpy waters, this Xtreme is made to take it. The owner had the center console moved to the forward deck to make room for more deck space in the center of the boat. This boat has been used on freshwater only and brought in the Bass, Bream, and Catfish by the haul.
The Brute is powered by a Suzuki 90 HP 4-stroke motor. The owner estimates the engine hours at 50. At the bow is the Minn Kota Edge trolling motor and this one is outfitted with two Minn Kota electric anchors.
Locking rod storage and compartments surround the deck. The boat has a rated capacity for 4 riders, has three fold-down pedestal seats, and front and rear casting decks providing excellent access to the water.
