Beautiful sailing vessel in very good condition, well maintained
The C&C 30 MK1 is a great Cruiser. The design was so sound that during the 12 years it was being built, there were very few changes made.
This unit features what was probably the most important upgrade. The main boom is 12" higher off the deck than previous models. This provides a significant improvement in safety and comfort while under sail.
The most distinguishing feature of the 30 MK1 are the two dorade boxes that appear on either side of the mast, built into the coach roof. Their primary purpose is air ventilation for the cabin interior; secondary functions are stiffening the cabin top and providing flat surfaces for the halyard winches.
48 hours minimum notice for showings, please.

The catamaran is in good condition for its age. It is stored out of the water on a lift. It is generally clean but could use a good wash and wax to restore its original luster.
Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it surveyed independently to confirm the condition of the unit before purchase.

Beautiful, well cared for Ericson 30 Sloop, she is ready for her next adventure.
Motivated Seller!!! Make Offer!!!
This classic 1986 Ericson 30 is part of the first robustly-built Ericson boats built in 1985 by Bruce King.
This Ericson 30 handles well in weather and could make a comfortable liveaboard. The boat is well-balanced and sails both on and off the wind under headsail only, making it easy to sail single-handedly.
You'll love the large cockpit with its curved helmsman's perch to compensate for varying degrees of heel. The angled seatbacks make it comfortable for the crew.
Below deck, the layout is spacious and inviting. The dark blue cushions set off the teak used throughout the boat. The sole is teak and holly. If you're standing by the companionway ladder, the galley is located to port and opposite is a forward-facing navigation table whose seat is the head of the quarter berth. Moving into the salon, there is a teak table surrounded by large wraparound seats which convert to form a double berth, and a long settee to starboard. There is storage space under the seat.
The V-berth in the forward cabin contains lots of storage space under hatches and in drawers. There is a hanging locker for clothing. The head is aft of this cabin to port and contains a toilet, a sink, a shower, and storage space.
Remove the companionway ladder and you have excellent access to the engine.

1976 C&C Yachts 30, This is a fine example of the tough-as-nails, and famously sturdy, forgiving, and fast C&C 30. She's in the water in Island Heights, NJ and ready to cruise today. She gets compliments everywhere we take her. We are simply moving up to a larger boat, and she's priced to sell fast! This is a wonderful first "big" boat for a new sailor. With a ballast to displacement ratio of over 43%, this is a stiff boat that'll stand up to a breeze and ghost along comfortably without burying the rails. She has a newly painted deck, newly painted hull, and bottom paint in 2016. She had a complete electrical overhaul over the winter of 2015/2016. Power comes from an all new BlueSea systems panel and new 14 gauge Ancor wiring throughout. All of her interior and navigation lights have been replaced with LEDs for days and days of lighting without starting the engine. She also has a new solar panel. Her fresh water cooled Atomic 4 motor runs like a top with electronic ignition and all new fuel lines and an automatic fuel-shut-off valve. She has a tiller, so there are no steering cables to break. This is a tough boat built to last many more years. Just look for reviews online of this famous racer-cruiser. Recent survey (2014) is available. She has all brand new nav instruments - brand new Ritchie Compass, Raymarine Depth Finder and Lowrance Chartplotter. She has an ST4000 Autopilot to give you a rest on long trips and a VHF.A full compliment of sails are in good to excellent condition. She needs nothing to go cruising right now to wherever your dreams take you.EQUIPMENT LIST:BlueSea Systems Electrical PanelAll new 14 Guage WiringNew forward bilge pump Main bilge pump on float switchPressurized waterFire extinguisherNew Jabsco toilet2015 Raymarine Depth Finder2015 Ritchie CompassStandard Horizon VHFST 4000 Tiller AutopilotAll new LED interior and navigation lightingDanforth Anchor and rodePropane stove110v refrigerator $9450
