2023 and 2024 was a big year for this well appointed, well kept Chris. She has had a lot of upgrades and re conditioning, I am happy to provide a detailed list of all that has been done.
2012-Hull striped to bare wood, refastened and painted. Two new 325 gallon fuel tanks, fuel water monitor and Racor filtration system. 110 gallon polly water tank.
Equipped with an Outback 32v inverter/charger and a Xantrex 12v inverter/charger, power management is seamless. A Victron isolation transformer ensures reliable electrical performance. Navigation is enhanced by two Raymarine C127 MFD chart plotters with depth and radar, a Standard Horizon VHF with a RAM mic for the flybridge.

Seller reports that the engine was rebuilt and only has 130 hours since the rebuild, but no documentation on this. The engine is started regularly to keep fresh, and it reportedly runs great.
The hull is wood, and appears basically solid, but needs to be serviced. There there is one spot on the port side of the deck that has some deterioration.
The cushions are in good condition and the boat is stored indoors.
