Seller reports that the engine was rebuilt and only has 130 hours since the rebuild, but no documentation on this. The engine is started regularly to keep fresh, and it reportedly runs great. The hull is wood, and appears basically solid, but needs to be serviced. There there is one spot on the port side of the deck that has some deterioration.
