BROKERS REMARKS: Waimea is the only Moorings 42.3/Oceanis 41 available for sale at the moment and we expect her to get plenty of interest. The 3 cabin/2 heads layout has a convertible salon which offers sleeping arrangements for up to two guest. The air-condition on shore power is a great plus for those warm days in the marinas.

Always used on a fresh water inland lake, it shows as new and represents the features you would expect on a yacht of this size and pedigree. For a family it is a 3 cabin, 2 head version, for the techy, a full Simrad electronics network, for the sailor, in-mast mainsail with electric cabin top winch and all lines led aft, for the chef, a full galley with plenty of room to make a full course meal and present it in style! The large open cockpit offers comfortable seating for up to 12 adults and the drop down swim platform is a great place to spend the day reading, swimming or for easy access to the dinghy or dock.
