Alluminum Toe rail could use to be reseated. It's easy access to bolts to remove it.
Previous owner installed a new bulk head on the starboard side where forward chainplate is attached. The bulkhead was cut about 2" short of hull; he added a filler material to make up for the difference. It is strong, and only visible from inside the cabinet.
Deck is clean but could use a coat of paint, or not. There is crazing on the deck. The Amercoat 450h I put on the topsides covered all the crazing.
Nothing memtioned above will effect how the boat sails, she is ready to go. She's an older boat, so you can expect some maintnance.
She sails like a dream. I36 has been circumnavigated, so it will take you where you want to go.
my boat is pretty much ready, it could use some solar panels; but I've finished all of the work that needs to be done out of the water. she's a great live aboard, and capable sailor. fiberglass floor in the interior, which I love because you can just wash her down and no wood to deal with. The boat has minimal teak, or wood which equals less bright work. I inherited a boat from my dad when he passed away.
