Rebuilt engines installed Feb 2019. Receipt on file. The seller reports AC, generator, and engines are in good working order. Exterior surfaces could use a good buff and wax, mechanicals are sound. Furuno autopilot does not work, needs to be re-wired. Refrigerator/freezer is not working. Raw water washdown not working. Water damage to exterior panels and wood. Decks stained. This vessel shows well, and pride of ownership is seen throughout. The seller has updated the cabin flooring to vinyl plank and installed a custom fireplace. As seen in the photos, the engines have been maintained well and are always touched up with paint to keep them looking fresh. The bilge appears to be clean and in good shape. The two owners have well maintained this Silverton. Stored under cover during it's life the boat is well preserved. The interior has the original woodwork, paneling and cabinets, which are in good condition. Both engines have had major work performed recently. One was removed and the camshaft reworked. The other had a valve job performed. Both engines running well. Receipts available. The salon interior and v-berth has newer upholstery. The boat was hauled three years ago and bottom painted. The stove does not work (alcohol). Stock #334581 Includes newer interior, w top, Includes propane generator! This 1987 Silverton 37 is a well maintained motor yacht. Powered by twin 454 cubic inch Crusader, this yacht is spacious, functional and elegant all at once. It sleeps six persons and easily holds 15 passengers for cruising. You enter the boat aft on either port or starboard and have ready access through a sliding door to the main salon. The salon also contains the lower helm for steering and navigation. Down a few steps, takes you to the fully equipped galley and dinette. Going forward is a twin berth V-berth and plenty of cabinet and drawer storage for your personal belongings. Throughout the vessel, you notice the well-preserved wood paneling, woodwork and cabinetry. The owners have done a great job of keeping all the wood looking really good. This boat has lived its entire life undercover, which has helped keep her looking good. The low hours of the boat are a result of being at the dock for extended periods of time. However, in the past several years the boat has seen regular cruise activity in the California Delta. Silverton boats have a long good reputation and this boat doesn't disappoint. This is a 1989 Silverton 37 Convertible. Its powered by twin Crusader 454 inboard motors putting out 350 horsepower each. Comes with a single-stateroom floorplan with a full-size dinette in place of a second stateroom. The salon is completely open and has large windows that create great natural lighting in the salon. There's a stall shower in the head, and ample room throughout. The cockpit is large for a boat of this size and the flybridge is arranged with guest seating forward of the helm. Powered with twin 350hp Crusader gas engines. The cruising speed is 18-19 knots with a top speed in the high 20s. Navigational equipment on board are a GPS, VHF, Furuno radar and a compass.
