Have taken it in 1600 feet of water, Mahi fishing. Perfect for wakeboarding, tubing, snorkeling, family time, inshore fishing, even offshore fishing on a good day. This is an amazing all around boat. Feel bad about selling, community is making us get rid of floating dock and we are looking to leave a bigger boat sitting alone in the water. Engine is amazing on fuel. One of the BEST houseboats ever built, for sale. I have owned this boat for three years, I've done EXTENSIVE work throughout her. She's water tight, and solid. It has two 2005 Mercury Optimax 225 XXL. They have custom houseboat propellers which push her 22MPH at 3500 RPM and at 14 GPH. With both engines wide open throttle, 5500RPM and she will do 36MPH! Both engines have 500HRS since brand new and have ALWAYS been maintained via Mercury. They run Flawless. Also has Mercury smart view system for engines. Engines are mounted to a Custom Porter Bracket (Jack plate) which tilts up and down to adjust depth. While running and dead rest she draws 2.2 Feet of water and also is 11-12 FT tall. She has 6 batteries total, 4 house and 2 start batteries. She also makes 100 Watts of solar to charge all house Batteries. It has 3 Bimini tops all in good condition. It has a windless anchor system, and a 13,500 BTU A/C with heat, all can be run on a small generator. The stove is a 3 burner and works great, I currently use a 5 Gallon portable toilet, which works great. Boat has NO Black water tanks. Shower works, as do all the sinks. It has a forward birth, a salon convertible bed, and kitchen convertible bed. New curtains, floor, paint and most importantly NO ROT! You can drive from top flybridge or downstairs both have full controls. Windows are in great shape and there are no leaks. This is a TURN KEY Traveling houseboat, that means its ready to go now. If you are going to live on it, you will need a composting toilet ($1000) to stay legal.
