1973 Bristol Yawl
If you're looking at this boat we've established two things. First, you have an eye for classic lines. Second, you have an eye for quality. The Bristol 40 is classic plastic to be sure, but she's also more than that, a boat that can still handle herself with aplomb in conditions that might send more modern hulls scampering for port. Her Yawl rig is powerful, yet allows for ease of sail handling and the hull form is as effective in seas and it is beautiful. This example is as imperfect as any older boat, but would be graded highly overall as she's truly ready for sailing and only needs your touches to make her into the boat of your dreams.
