1964 Burger Pilot House Motor Yacht This 1964 Burger 63 Motor Yacht has many upgrades. This is a must see boat the owner has made a lot of improvements. The boat id extremely spacious and makes a great live aboard. The cockpit has ample room for deck chairs as well as a door out to the swim platform with a substantial boarding ladder. The sun deck is approximately 250 square feet has a teak floor and new windows on both sides the rear of the sun deck has a canvas enclosure with roll up panels, each side has a door allowing accesses to the bow via a nice wide walkway with a gorgeous varnished teak hand rail. In the front of the sun deck concealed in cabinets are a washer and a dryer. There is also a small refrigerator as well. There is built in seating with storage below. Going down the stairs you enter a very nice roomy salon. Looking toward the stern is a full head with large shower and the third state room. The Master state room has an island queen bed the first guest stateroom has 2 single beds Forward is a full galley with a 4 burner electric stove refrigerator and very comfortable dinette. Forward of the galley is a third stateroom with bunk beds and another full head with a shower. Access to the engine room is down a set of stairs with plenty of room to get around both engines and the 2 generators. The bridge is in front of the sundeck and has lots of room for electronics and a great 360 view. There are davits on the hard top of the sun deck for a dingy. The boat cruises at 8 knots and burns a total of 8 GPH top speed is around 12 knots and burns 16 GPH.
