The C&C 27 sloop rig was the yacht that set C&C on the road to becoming a world leader in fiberglass sailboats. Of all the designs produced by C&C, the 27 was by far their most successful. There may be many reasons for her success. Perhaps it's her outstanding sailing ability, her roominess and comfort as a cruiser, or the quality of her construction. Or maybe it's simply that, for so many sailors, she's the perfect sized yacht. Whatever the reasons, with nearly 1,000 hulls produced, the C&C 27 remains a yardstick, against which in many ways competitors are still being measured. Her salon has port and starboard settees with a fold down table on the port side, a quarter-berth on the port stern and a compact galley with sink, and ice box on the starboard stern. Forward she has a V-berth and just aft of the forward cabin there is a marine head on the port side and a sink and vanity on the starboard side. She has a VHF radio and a Raytheon ST 1000+ autopilot. Her auxiliary power is an 8-HP Yanmar 1GM diesel. 1984 C & C 27 Introduced in 1984, the C&C 27 Mark V set a new benchmark for well-built, performance oriented small sailboats. Sporting tall, keel-stepped masts with high-ratio mainsails that make the best out of light air, they are also remarkably roomy inside, with a large quarterberth, comfortable V-berth, and the accommodations you would expect from a much larger boat. The hull is solid glass, the rudder transom-hung and the keel is a fin with bulb. This fine 1987 model ticks all the right boxes, and then some: well equipped, with a reliable 8HP inboard Yanmar Diesel, a brand-new (2016) Raymarine autopilot, wheel steering and good electronics, it also has been carefully maintained, with bottom paint every year, a new lightweight racing rudder (2014), new shrouds and forestay (2015), with all work and winterizations done by Larsen Marine Service in Waukegan. The North main douses easily into lazy-jacks and the North 140 Genoa wraps around a Sea Furl drum. The boat comes with a nice spinnaker and all sails are in good condition. Disco is sold with a custom cradle; winter storage and spring launch are paid. She needs nothing but a destination. Available for your inspection at Larsen Marine in Waukegan.

1978 C&C 27 This sweet little pocket cruiser is fun to sail, roomy enough for one or two people to live aboard, and built with the quality that C&C was known for. A great deal on a very nice boat! "Esprit" has been well maintained and well loved, but her owners have moved away from Florida and she needs to find a new home. She's hauled out in Green Cove Springs. 1973 C & C 27 PRICE JUST REDUCED!!"Reveille" is in good condition and comes with a slip in the St. Petersburg Municipal Marina. The Yanmar diesel was installed in 1997 and has only 90 hours, it was just serviced with new fuel and oil filters.She was painted in Jade Mist Green Awlgrip in 1997, Furlex roller furling was added in 1998 along with a new main and genoa. In 2006 improvements were a new bimini top, mainsail cover, interior counter top and head, 30 amp shorepower, VHF radio, lazy jacks, battery charger, refrigeration, and basic safety package. She is a great pocket cruiser with 6' headroom.
